October 12-13 Ward Camp Out

Where: Lynx Lake in Prescott

When: Friday 12th- Saturday 13th of October

What: 10/12 ~ 8pm Story and Singing Time by the campfire, Star Gazing, Dessert provided by ward, (provide personal dinner),

10/13 ~ Breakfast provided by the ward, Nature Treasure Hunt, Corn hole and Soap Carving activities

* You are welcome to stay with your family for lake fun.

Youth ages 16 and 17 years of age are encouraged to participate and will require parent’s consent. See your Ward Blood Drive Coordinator for the Consent Form that the United Blood Services will accept.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE - Giving blood is a benefit to the recipient and the donor. There have been many cases where the donor had an unknown medical condition, which United Blood Services (UBS) discovered when they analyzed the Blood. In these cases UBS notified donor of findings and in many instances caught the early signs of a potential life threatening disease.

MISSIONARY UPDATE

Elder Dale Inman

McKay Gardner of the Mountain View Ward has been called to serve in the El Salvador San Salvador East Mission. He will report to the Provo MTC on October 31, 2018. He will be speaking in the Mountain View Ward on Sunday, October 28th at 11:00 am

Kathrine Nilsen of the Greenway Ward has been called to serve in the Portugal Lisbon Mission. She will report to the Provo MTC on November 14, 2018. She will speak in the Greenway Ward on Sunday, November 11th at 9:00 am.

Jeremy Wilson of the Shadow Mountain Ward has been called to serve in the Colombia Bogota North Mission. He will report to the Colombia MTC on January 2, 2019. He will speak in the Shadow Mountain Ward on Sunday, December 9th at 9:00 am.
