Sacrament Meeting
We enjoyed a wonderful Sacrament Meeting with talks given by Kathy Price and Matt Rojas.

"Guardians of the Hearth"
Matt Rojas, stake high council speaker spoke about the word of God as contained in the Book of Mormon.
Shared some wonderful moments from his mission
"Every Latter-day Saint should make the study of this book a lifetime pursuit. Otherwise, he is placing his soul in jeopardy and neglecting that which could give spiritual and intellectual unity to his whole life."
Book of Mormon can bless all areas of our life
Here is a sweet reminder from L Tom Perry about the
Blessings Resulting from Reading the Book of Mormon

Please help our Elders serving in the Mountain View Ward feel welcome by introducing yourself. They would also enjoy any teaching opportunities you have. Invite them into your homes and allow them to share a message and enjoy the spirit that they bring. Our ward is responsible for feeding the elders on the ODD days of the month.

We are grateful for Facebook and Jordans Blog so we can keep updated on this wonderful family we have all come to grow and love
I think all would agree that the Lyrics from "For Good" perfectly describe many of our feelings for Jordan and her sweet family. Thank you Jordan for sharing your journey and your love and faith along the way. We can all say "Because I knew you, I have been changed for good"
"I've heard it said
That people come into our lives for a reason
Bringing something we must learn
And we are led
To those who help us most to grow
If we let them
And we help them in return
Well, I don't know if I believe that's true
But I know I'm who I am today
Because I knew you...
Like a comet pulled from orbit
As it passes a sun
Like a stream that meets a boulder
Halfway through the wood
Who can say if I've been changed for the better?
But because I knew you
I have been changed for good"
That people come into our lives for a reason
Bringing something we must learn
And we are led
To those who help us most to grow
If we let them
And we help them in return
Well, I don't know if I believe that's true
But I know I'm who I am today
Because I knew you...
Like a comet pulled from orbit
As it passes a sun
Like a stream that meets a boulder
Halfway through the wood
Who can say if I've been changed for the better?
But because I knew you
I have been changed for good"
