Sacrament Meeting
It was Ward Conference and we had the privilege of hearing from our Stake Presidency

President Hatch - shared his love and gratitude and a wonderful experience he had when visiting a sister and inviting her back to church. He reminds us that the Lord has prepared those around us

“And whoso receiveth you, there I will be also, for I will go before your face. I will be on your right hand and on your left, and my Spirit shall be in your hearts, and mine angels round about you, to bear you up” (D&C 84:88).

President Steve Fuller - Reminded us to
Trust in That Spirit Which Leadeth to Do Good
“Learn of me, and listen to my words; walk in the meekness of my Spirit, and you shall have peace in me” (D&C 19:23)

President Lewis - spoke to us about Revelation and How revelation works

He encouraged up to listen closely for promptings and impressions we feel and then act on them.

- Some reminders about Revelation -
Begins each Sunday as we take the sacrament
It is a gift from our Heavenly Father
Does not require perfection
It can come through various channels
Learning to recognize revelation requires practice and is so readily available
It is not the same for all of us

D&C 8:2 Yea, behold, I will tell you in your mind and in your heart, by the Holy Ghost, which shall come upon you and which shall dwell in your heart.

“feel that it is right” (D&C 9:8): The feeling of peace is the most common confirming witness that I personally experience

We all need revelation

It strengthens our testimonies

Constant revelation allows for constant conversion

President Monson " Don't postpone a prompting"

Perfection is not required to receive revelation
